We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager who can offer comprehensive support in various aspects to ensure the smooth adaptation of Korean technicians coming on long-term business trips to the United States to the American lifestyle and culture.
Responsibilities Employee Management:
Handle overall tasks related to the settlement of korean employees in the U.
S.
, including accommodation, rental cars, driver's licenses, insurance, and other aspects to facilitate the adaptation of employees.
Salary and Benefits Management:
Manage payroll and benefits for employees.
HR Policy and Regulation Management:
Develop and manage HR policies and regulations.
Client Management:
Response and communicate efficiently to customer requests Qualifications Fluent Korean and English Bachelor's degree holder.
Previous experience in related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Legally authorized to work in the United States (eligible for OPT, H1B, E2 sponsorship) Benefits Salary:
