Role and Responsibilities Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as facilities maintenances Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility maintenance Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance Address count measurement for unexpected maintenance issues Managing budgets related to facility maintenance Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations Planning for the future by forecasting the facilitys upcoming needs and requirements Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects Helping with office relocations and renovation Drafting maintenance reports Dealing with emergencies as they arise Other tasks as assigned Skills and
Qualifications:
7 - 10 years experience in project management, facility maintenance, and/ or business landscaping Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects regarding building maintenance and upkeep Bi-lingual (Korean) a plus Certifications or licensing related to building maintenance Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
