As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of time, budget, and scope.
You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.
Key
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Allocate resources and coordinate project team members across different functions and locations Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and issues Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports Lead project team meetings and facilitate communication and collaboration among team members Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Qualifications:
3-5 years of project management experience Project management certification (e.
g.
, PMP) preferred Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

The work environment is typically an office setting.
The noise level is generally moderate, and the work may require occasional evening or weekend hours.
The job may require some travel to different project sites or meetings.
Project Manager (Electrical Construction) experience is preferred.
Candidates should be prepared to illustrate their skillset to manage large scale, high risk, and highly manned projects.
