Experience:
3 years of Supervisory experience within a Manufacturing setting, preferably automotivePrior experience developing and managing quality systemsExperience performing reliability test for mass productionExperience leading teams of direct reportsExperience with Lean, SPC, Six Sigma programsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principlesExperience working in high volume manufacturing preferably in electric component or chemical Details:

$85-105K (8-10% bonus)Shift:
1st Shift Monday - Friday with some travel to Georgia or TennesseeThe schedule will change once production starts (12-hour shifts, 3-day work weeks) REASON:
