An employer is looking for a Workday Systems Administrator to join the largest greenfield development in the United States to support the launch of a brand new electric vehicle manufacturing initiativeThis Workday Systems Administrator will be working a hybrid remote schedule and will need to be local to either Louisville, KY or Memphis, TNThe ideal candidate would have configuration and integration experience within Workday as well as configuration experience with Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), that is familiar with report building and assisting reportingThe daily responsibilities of this opportunity could include maintenance, configuration, production support and troubleshooting of the systemOther responsibilities could include reporting, patching, updates, releases and integrationThis organization is standing up a new Workday instance to support the onboarding of 5,000
employees over the next few yearsWe are striving to enhance / standardize this workday portal activelyAs the plants are finalizing construction, onsite reporting is subject to increase.
o Certifications such as Workday system administrator, PMP, Six Sigmao Experience within the Automotive / Manufacturing industryo Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology o Will consider associate's degree with an additional 1-3 years of direct experience in IT or HRIS in place of a Bachelor's degreeo 2
years of experience with support, troubleshooting and module configuration in Workdayo Implementing the product and understanding of integrationso Professional experience creating, loading, and troubleshooting Enterprise Interface Builders Recommended Skills Automotive Industry Certified Project Management Professional Construction Human Resources Information System (Hris) Information Technology Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
