- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures - Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports - Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying causes of safety issues - Collaborate with management and employees to develop corrective actions - Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards - Maintain safety records and documentation - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations Requirements:
- OSHA 30 certification - Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role - In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to conduct thorough investigations and write detailed reports - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Note:
