What We Are Looking for:
An Onsite Project Assistant to support Project Managers and Field Personnel in the day-to-day functions required to manage jobsite operations.
Someone with:
Knowledge of the construction industry Experience with Payroll:
Accurately record and maintain employee work hours, including regular hours, overtime, vacation, and relevant time-off data Participate in process improvement initiatives related to timekeeping systems, recommending enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with HR to verify the accuracy of employee information, including rates of pay, employee status, and deductions.
Solid administrative support skills focused within an assigned area (e.
g.
, Safety, Onboarding, etc.
) Willingness and flexibility to provide administrative support in other areas as needed The ability to:
Compile, track, and update information within various programs and systems and with a high level of accuracy Professionally interact with the project team, field personnel, and vendors Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with:
Bluebeam preferred PlanGrid preferred Google Docs preferred A team player who has the:
