10778 POSITION SUMMARY Barton Malow Company is seeking a Construction Office Coordinator for a large, multi-year Automotive project in Glendale, KY.
This job will be located on a construction jobsite and the ideal candidate will have relevant office administration experience.
KEY JOB
Responsibilities:
This is an onsite position - Full time (Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM).
Build relationships with all Barton Malow team members and subcontractors so inquiries can be directed to the correct team.
General Office Administration Duties Manage contracts for general services such as trailers, coffee, staples, cleaning and printers Writing/understanding contract scopes, approval of invoices, management of contract funds and issuance of change orders when needed Making sure the office/trailer is stocked with supplies for the team Handle equipment issues related to general office supplies Handle supply needs for team members and maintain an organized and stocked supply closet and copy stations Sets up new hire's workstation's Assists with coordinating lunches and cleans up trailer after lunches Arranges conference room or meeting trailer for meeting set-up Assists with package connex, contact subs for package pick up/package distribution amongst team members REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Associates/Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is preferred 3
years of direct office administration experience Flexible availability as this may require some earlier mornings and later evenings Strong communication and trouble shooting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Power-Point, Word) Eager to contribute and adhere to project processes with the team This is an onsite position - Full time (Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM).
