Role and
Responsibilities:
Groupware System Development & Implementation:
Spearhead the full-spectrum development, testing, and deployment of the Groupware administration system and HR System, ensuring its seamless interfacing and integration within the ERP ecosystem.
Administration Workflow Automation:
Optimize and automate administrative workflows within Groupware, such as meeting room reservations, visitor bookings, ID creation, and business card management.
User Experience & Interface Design:
Craft user-centric interfaces, making sure that employees and administrators have a streamlined and intuitive experience for all administrative tasks within the Groupware.
Craft user-centric interfaces within the Workday, ensuring easy navigation and simplified HR and payroll processes.
Data Management & Security:
Oversee the data structures and database for the Groupware system, ensuring secure and organized storage of reservations, visitor data, and other administrative information.
Design and oversee database structures tailored for Workday, ensuring accurate and efficient data storage, and deriving actionable HR insights.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Proactively address any system-related challenges, perform regular system updates, and maintain the system's optimum performance.
Continuous Learning & Training:
Stay updated with the latest trends in administrative system development and associated technologies.
Lead the training initiatives and render continuous support to user groups.
Skill and
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience combined with education.
Minimum of 3
years of solid experience in the development and integration of Groupware or similar administrative systems within the broader ERP infrastructure / 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday development, customization, and deployment.
Proficiency in tools and programming languages appropriate for ERP and Groupware systems, such as SQL,.
NET, SAP ABAP, among others.
/ Proficiency in programming and database languages such as SQL, for extracting and analyzing HR data.
Comprehensive understanding of administrative processes and their intricate integration points within an ERP.
Stellar teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
An analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on enhancing administrative efficiency and ERP integration.
